PVSA 2026- Youth Service Enrollment
We are pleased to introduce Arihant Sharanam, a community-driven initiative led by Jain volunteers in the Bay Area, California, in association with the Jain Center of Northern California (JCNC) and JUSBA.
Arihant Sharanam has been created with a clear purpose: to provide respectful, structured, and authentic guidance for conducting Jain rituals and ceremonies—especially for families living abroad who may not always have access to traditional knowledge or local support. In moments of spiritual importance—whether joyful or solemn—families deserve clarity, dignity, and guidance rooted in Jain values.
As a first step, we have developed a Jain Vidhi Guide, designed to help families confidently and correctly perform rituals while preserving authenticity and reverence. This guide is just the beginning. Arihant Sharanam is envisioned as a growing resource that will evolve through community participation, shared knowledge, and collective wisdom.

• Authentic Resources – Reliable and comprehensive guidance for Jain rituals
• US-Specific Guidance – Practical support for navigating post-death procedures in the United States
• Dignity & Clarity – Helping families during important and sensitive life events
• Preserving Tradition – Adapting timeless Jain values to modern, global living
• Community Unity – Strengthening shared values and mutual support
• Future Generations – Creating a lasting spiritual resource for years to come
